  Hey,

  I understand you wish to leave WordPress.com but also please note data once deleted, cannot be recovered.

  Alternatively, you can empty and delete your site. Please refer the below links for more detail:

  If there’s a chance you may want to use that address again in the future, the site can be marked private instead. Then you can always delete it later.
