Closing account

  Hey there, I wanted to close my account and was wondering if there was a cancellation fee or does it just stop charging once I deactivate my account?

  Hello, not a staff member but as far as I know there is no cancellation fee. If you upgraded your site to one of the paid memberships within the last 30 days you will receive a prorated refund. If it has been more than 30 days then there will be no refund. But you shouldn’t be charged anymore once you close your account.
