closing account and renewals

  Hello I would like to close the website and close the account that goes with it please

  Thanks Amandine, it looks like the first renewal was closed automatically when it expired some time ago. If you want to make the site private (which you can reverse if you want to), or delete it (which is permanent and irreversible after 30 days), you can do that via https://wordpress.com/settings .

  I did note the site was once using plugins and outside themes; we may need to revert those for you if you want to delete the site. If so, let us know whether it’s fine for us to go ahead and revert everything to the state it was prior to you adding plugins and themes. Changes you made may be lost permanently.

  The other site you mentioned is not hosted with us and never has been, but if you’ll get in touch with Bluehost they should be able to help. Good luck!
