Closing account and request a refund

I just notice that I was charged for this, I have not had time for this blog. With school and work I just don’t have time. Can you please help me close the account and how can I apply for a refund? With school I really don’t have much money.

Regarding your website query:
I checked the website you mentioned kariexploreseverything.com and found that
it is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers.This support forum assists users of the WordPress.com platform.
For help with your site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to look over to https://wordpress.org/support where you will find members having more experience with the software you are using.
If you don’t have a username on the org forums you can register one on the top of that page.
