Closing account but keep information

    Hai,
    We want to close our account but want to keep all the information offline.
    We think it’s still nice to have it in our archives!
    Is there a solution for this?

    Hey there –

    Thanks for writing to us. In order to close an account you would need to first empty and delete the site – so that’s not going to be an option if y’all want to see the material ever again.

    I think the best solution is to change the site’s privacy settings. This hides it from the general internet and search engines, but you can still view it, and you can approve your friends or whoever may also want to see it too. Nobody can view it with out being approved by the site admin first, though.
