Closing account with active subscriptions

    I am trying to close my wordpress site and it keeps giving me an error saying that I cannot close with active subscriptions but the only one I have is wordpress and no way to cancel it. What should I do I need this website closed today

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    It may be under stablehost? I did cancel that will this work

    Here’s what I can see after a quick search. The domain (https://lakeviewestatesflorida.com/) that you’ve asked us about is registered by NameCheap. I can confirm that the site is hosted through Stablehost.

    Did you recently request a domain transfer? When looking in to these details I see the domain status as pending transfer which means that somebody initiated a transfer of the domain to a different registrar. If that was not you, then get in touch with NameCheap and they can help you transfer that.

    Unfortunately, with how things are currently set up that’s about all the help I can give. The site is using a stand alone WordPress installation rather than our all inclusive hosting experience offered by WordPress.com.
