Closing and Deleting My Account

    I saw some disgusting adds tacked onto a post on my blog. I am outraged and disgusted and want to have no further business with WordPress. I want to know how to delete all content off of WordPress and close my account.

    You disgusting profiteers put spam and rip-off advertising that is beneath human decency.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    To keep free sites for free, wordpress.com shows ads on free sites

    In the ajority of these cases we find that it’s not WordPress.com’s ads that are the problem; it’s malware the person has put on their browser. But if it IS a WP.com ad there will be a line of text right above it saying “About These Ads” and they should click on that to report it. If there is no such link, then the ad is from malware and they need to find out which add-on or extension is putting that on their browser and get rid of it.
