  CLOSE MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I CANNOT CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO THE ONE I NOW USE. I AM FED UP AND NOW THINK I JUST DON’T NEED WORDPRESS.

  Hi there,

  There is a way to change your email address, but it will take a few steps because each address can only be associated with one WordPress.com account and it will not allow you to use the same email again.

  You can log in to the account currently using your desired email address and change it to something else. Once changed, you can then reuse the email on a different account.

  If you request the change and do not receive an email confirmation to finalize it (or the confirmation did not work), you will need to contact Support.
