  I want to close my account and I want to make sure that I will no longer be charged $99 per year. How do I ensure I will no longer be charged?

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  Hey there @robertmmcfarland, this account doesn’t have any associated charges.

  Can you log out, then log in again with the email address we send renewal reminders to? That one will be the correct account, then you can manage your upgrades here prior to canceling:

  If you have domains that you’re using, please contact support prior to canceling those, just so we can be sure to help you get those transferred as needed. Cheers!
