Closing my account and opening a new one

  Can I close this account and open a new one under the same email address, but with a different name (DBA business name) instead of with name legal name (Robin Blair). I will alsobe singing up for one of the paid services when I open a new account.

  Sounds like you are trying to change your user name.
  You don’t have to close your account for that.
  Instead, you can change your username by following the instructions in this Support page.
