closing my account and refund

Previously sent message but not sure it connected.
Short version – I have permanently closed by company which has not been operational for almost three years ( 3) . I would like to cancel but just missed the dateline- The funds being taken out of my account was my prompt. I inadvertently thought I had already closed off the account. Can you help. I didnt close permanently on your site because the site suggested I could no longer access my account for either history or futur communications.
