Closing my account permanently

  I’ve moved my domain francesco.castrillo.com to wordPress.org and is now hosted by HostPapa, my website was entirely built in WordPress.org and it is up and running now. I want to cancel permanently the WordPress.com account so when people search for my business the WordPress.com doesn’t show as an incomplete/empty website in the search results.
  I wanted to ask you if cancelling the WordPres.com account will affect my website on WordPress.org?

  Hi there!

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities to deleting your site francescocastrillo.wordpress.com will not affect your site hosted with HostPapa in any way.

  You can delete your site as explained here:
