Closing my account (ronnelsonmusic.com)

I am major upset. Ready to start swearing. I tried twice to get help to close my account before they processed payment for another year. It processed anyway. I want this reversed and want to to talk to a real person. So upsetting. (email visible only to moderators and staff)

The problem here is that you’re not logged into the account that owns that site.
