closing my website

    I want to close my website but I’ve paid for yearly subscriptions. Will I receive prorated refund? Also I just noticed two charges on my credit card for Woo Commerce of 7.95 and 3.37 and I don’t know what those are for.

    Hi there! Your site miningsuppliesandrockshop.com is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    If you have WooCommerce charges, those are likely from recurring charges from an extension or service – you would need to reach out to WooCommerce support to look into this: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    Regarding closing your website, you would need to contact the hosting provider currently hosting your website in order to cancel and inquire about a prorated refund.
