Closing my wordpress.com account

Hello,
I have migrated my hosting, domain and site to another provider and would like to close my wordpress.com account, without impacting the content that I have moved elsewhere.
When I delete my account (where it states everything will be deleted) does it only mean the content within wordpress.com? Will this mean all my other content that has been migrated elsewhere will not be impacted?

Hi there – Great looking site! Two quick questions: (1) did you use Jetpack to migrate your content, and if so, 2) is your site still connected to Jetpack? Thanks!

I don’t know, the new host had taken care of the migration for me, I don’t think they used Jetpack to migrate the content.
For that, I think my new site is not connected to Jetpack, I do not have the functionalities of Jetpack anymore its just wordpress.org.

I don’t see any issue with cancelling your account on WordPress.com in that case. Any closed account can be recovered within 30 days of closing if anything comes up. Proceed when ready. Instructions and finer points here if you need: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/
