  Hey!
  You can find the option to delete your account at the very bottom of your account settings page:
  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  This will delete everything related to your account.
  For more information on the process:

  Hi there, it looks like you had an upgrade on your site that may need Staff assistance in downgrading before you can delete your site.

  Hi @magnusholmes sites that end in .wpcomstaging.com have the ability to install plugins and/or custom themes and so when someone wants to delete such a site prior to their plan expiration, the site needs to be reverted to a state where the plugins or custom theme are no longer active. This might require staff assistance.
