closing of website

Hi, I would like to change my website but for some reason I am not able to see and adjust my website anymore (for over a year now). Are you able to help me out? cause I would like to keep it but I cannot change it then there is no reason for me to hold on to it. (for example my address is not right anymore and I would like to change the template etc) Kind regards, Bo Schumacher

What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?
When you say you can’t change it, what exactly do you mean? Do you see any error messages? -

I cannot change my website, I can log in with my account but not on my website, so I cannot for some reason change anything on there.
It says, when I log in, that I don’t have a site…. -
Hello there,
If you’re logging to a WordPress.com account and not seeing any sites there, it could be that you’re not logged into the account that manages the domain.
If you have access to multiple accounts, you would need to login to the one that controls that domain.
Once done, any purchases can be cancelled via the purchases page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
And then the account can be closed as per this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

Im still struggling with my website/account.
To answer your question, I only have 1 account, which, for some reason, is not linked to my website. Super weird..Is there a way maybe to recover the account that is linked to my website?

You are currently logged in as
boschumacher48418d14b8, but the site you mentioned is connected to another account of yours.
If you don’t remember the credentials to access it, look for a transaction ID for a recent purchase and check out this page and fill out the Account Recovery form to regain access to the account:
