closing one account

    I need to close one account.
    The button I clicked said I could Chat with customer service, and now all it lets me do is go to a forum. So frustrating.

    The message above won’t let me put in the correct name of the site I want to close. Here is the email message I received. I want to close this account only.

    Almost 3 hours on Chat going around in circles. Finally asked the person if there was a contest for keeping people on chat, and he/she told be respectful. All I want to do is close a blog site before it auto renews. The online process only allows for closing an entire account. I’m exhausted.

    The plan that includes Live Chat and email support is connected to your joannedgilbert account, which is why that option wasn’t available while you were logged in as jdgilbert18.
