Closing one site and creating another

Hello, I wish to make money from blogging using advertising. I have cancelled my payment plan and wish to close my current site and start a new site with a new domain name. How do I go about doing this?

You can delete your site from My Site ->Settings, and you can start a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site/
But in order to apply for membership to our WordAds advertising program you’ll need to have a custom domain active on your site, and that requires a paid plan. Also note that unless you’re on the Premium or Business Plan, there’s a minimum required traffic level before your site can be approved for WordAds.

Thank you for your response. Will the payment plan for my previous site be active and renew every year or do I need to cancel that too?

The payments are renewed automatically be default. If you never changed or asked us to make a change then it would renew. Can you tell me the address of the previous site and I can take a look to let you know definitively.

My original domain name is blogjourneytotruehealth.wordpress.com and when I changed the theme of my blog blogfortheloveofmusic.wordpress.com. The issue started when I changed it.

The address blogfortheloveofmusic.wordpress.com hasn’t been registered yet. Are you trying to register that address and you’re getting some error? Please let me know more about what you’re trying to accomplish so I can better assist you.
