Hey there,
If you want to make that a private site, go to Settings ->General you’ll have the option to set it to private, you’ll be able to invite people in the Viewer role under Users ->Add New

If you want to delete the site, go to Settings -> General the last option you’ll have a option to Delete your site permanently.
