closing out an old wordpress site

  I have 2 old wordpress sites that I have to close down because the businesses are sold, but I do not know how to get in to the admin area because I no longer have the ID or email address associated with the old sites. Problem is the sites are still showing up in search engines. and I am not paying for the url’s eiter???? I really need help. Is there a phone # WordPress has
