Closing out my late dad's domain

My father passed away last December. We want to close his domain and blog. How is this done? We don’t have his password. We’re not looking for a refund, just to close the site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That is not the domain we want to close! I can’t lot in as him. That’s my blog and I want to keep it! His has a different name and is an actual domain.
