  I ASKED TO CLOSE MY SITE MONTHS AGO!
  BUT IT IS STILL HERE AND STILL NO REFUND OF MY YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION!

  That is my site name, I thought I had cancelled it months ago, I have received no money back but I found it still intact when I looked today.
  I have cancelled it again, why is it so complicated and why do I have to discuss this on an open forum?
  I presume my Paypal is still active, If I have to pay for another year I will not be very happy, at all, I found your website builds very frustrating, hours of work just disintegrated and having to pay for add ons on top of add ons.
  Not very impressed at all!

  I can confirm your site is deleted. As well you have no upgrades on your account so there is nothing to “auto-renew” s you can see here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  We are able to offer a refund so long as you cancel within our refund period as explained here which currently is 14 days as I write this.

  However, I see that you cancelled your upgrade 34 days after your purchase, which would not result in a refund in this case. In some cases we can make exceptions if you contact us around the time you cancelled, but it’s now been 8 months since you cancelled and because so much time has passed we no longer have the ability to make an exception in this case.
