Hi there, for what site are you being charged? Do you perhaps need to be logged in with a different username account?

I have tried my username and email address. I am able to log into my site but can not figure out how to turn it off / stop paying for it. The site is being redesigned as the cart function has not worked in a year so we are removing it completely

Is there another service like Jetpack or other Automattic service you are being charged for? If you are, you should be able to log in to your account and contact support/billing directly.

Yes Godaddy hosts this site but I was told Woo Commerce was the plug in I was paying for to make the cart work. Obviously I did not build the site and I am not a word press person so I am not sure where to turn other than calling the bank and telling them to stop all future charges.. FYI, the person who set this up is no longer around…

Then you’d want to contact WooCommerce directly but you need to be logged in with the WordPressdotcom account that purchased the plan.

@epratt547, unfortunately I don’t have a way to look up the billing on my end.
But I recommend reaching out directly to the WooCommerce team using the sales form, if you are not able to use the regular support contact form. Let them know the site name and the situation. They should be able to help you there.
