I would be happy to assist you in canceling your purchase. However, the purchased upgrade is not associated with the account you contacted us from. What is the WordPress.com account that is connected to the charge and do you have access to the account? To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into canceling the subscription purchase.
