    I see your site used to be on our Business Plan where you had plugins or a custom theme installed.

    Before you can close your account, we’ll first need to properly downgrade it back to the free plan so it’s possible to delete it. This will remove all plugins and third party themes you still have installed, and there is also a risk that any content you added since you first installed plugins may be lost during this process.
