Closing the blog and a refund

    I had missed the notification that this payment was due – I had planned to close down the blog entirely. Is it possible to do that and also to receive a refund?

    The renewal payment for the domain and plan on sittingatthefootoftheblues.com is still fully refundable, yes.

    However, those upgrades are owned by a different admin on the site, tracykarkutlaw, and you’ll need to be logged in as that other account to cancel and refund these upgrades.

    Please log in as that account, then you should be able to do this yourself from the Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases. Or you can comment here as the other account, and we’ll be happy to help you here.
