  Hello there!

  You cannot delete a WordPress.com account for good, but you can empty it out from all your data and leave it as inactive.

  Here are the steps to make sure that any of your personal data can’t be fetched once you decide to leave WordPress:

  – Empty your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
  – Delete your site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  – Remove all personal information from your account settings: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-settings/
  – Change your password to a random string: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
