  Please confirm the following 2 websites are completely closed and I will no longer be charged any more fees:

  Hi, the first site is hosted here, but under another account. We can help you cancel, but you’ll need to be logged in as the account owner of course. You can log out and log back in using the associated email address or username here:

  The second site has never used our service. You’ll need to check in with your host to ensure the billing status there.
