closing wordpress account questions

  I have three blogs that are attached to my email. I want to close all of my open
  accounts with wordpress so that I won’t be automatically billed anymore. Is there a way to make sure I close all blogs at the same time?

  Hi @fleighton3,

  If your main requirement is that you don’t want to be automatically billed anymore, then you can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name(s) or plan(s) by following the steps below;

  1. Go to Account Profile → Manage Purchases.
  2. Select the subscription you’d like to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription. If you are within the refund period, you will see Cancel Subscription and Refund.
  4. On the next page, click Cancel Subscription again to confirm that you want to turn automatic renewal off for the plan or custom domain.
  5. You should see this message at the top of your Manage Purchases page if your cancellation was successful. You will also receive an email confirmation regarding the cancellation.

  In case your domain was renewed recently, the option to cancel will not be available. In this case, please select “Contact Support to Cancel your Domain and Refund” to contact support and ask to disable automatic renewal or respond on this ticket so that Staff can disable automatic renewal for your domain name(s) or plan(s).
