Closing wordpress.com account

    I just want to know if my site will be deleted from wordpress.com only or completely, even from the server, which is independent from wordpress.com. I created the site independently and just added it to this account to try woocommerce payments plugin. I want to disconnect my site from this account now.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    Disconnecting the Jetpack plugin only removes the site from your WordPress.com account, but the site will not be deleted because it is not hosted on WordPress.com. So, your site will still be intact and accessible.
