  I am not able to close my account. Please help.

  Hi there, do you have any upgrades on your account, like an upgrade plan or premium WPcom theme? If so, you’ll need to remove those first before you can close your account. Here’s our guide https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/#cancel-purchases-first

  I don’t see anything on our end that would prevent this.

  What error do you see when you follow https://en.support.wordpress.com/close-account/ ?
