Closure of account and refund?

    Hello,
    I’d like to close my WordPress account, which I believe has a Personal and a Premium subscription, and receive a pro-rated refund, if possible. The premium one has only existed for a couple of weeks. I dont want to click on the delete account yet in case there is an option for some sort of refund. Please advise on what I need to do. The website was BToddwriter.org (I think).

    Hi Bronwyn,

    The account you’re using to post here does not own any sites on WordPress.com and has never bought any upgrades from us.

    The domain, btoddwriter.org, is registered with us, but it belongs to a completely different account. We can only cancel that domain, or any other upgrades on the site, if requested by the account that owns it.
