Hi there,
When you created this forum thread you selected that site from the drop-down menu asking what site you need help with. By selecting your site from that list you chose to have that site be listed in your post. Additionally, this is a public forum, and everything you post here is public. We did not add anything without your permission.
However, I have removed that link now as requested.

There is no transaction on Paypal neither in September nor in October from WordPress. Are you sure you have sent to the correct account?

They were sent 2018-09-13 — can you confirm the paypal email address you’re checking? It will be automatically redacted from the forums so only staff can see it.

The email address is the same as the profile with which I am writing in this forum. And it’s the same email address where I have always received previous payments WordAds, except the payment on September 13th, which was never received or you have sent to a wrong user.

That’s the address the payments were sent to. I’ll ask our ads team to see if they can investigate this with PayPal, and ask you to do the same.

Maybe I understood where you are wrong.
On September 14th you have credited the amount of the previous month. But you never sent me the remaining credit when closing the account, requested on September 28th (just see the first post)!You are only doing so much confusion and I still await the credit!

Thanks, I think we’re on the same page now. You’ll get an early payout on the site you withdrew from WordAds. That’ll come out this month. The other site is still active, apparently. Please confirm what you’d like to do.

I have no active ads for over a month, on any site. I ask you to send me the payments due as soon as possible.
