Cluelessly put live link in header-how'd I do that?

    Embed page links in header
    I wrote you guys yesterday about pages and how to add a page and link to a page and I figured that out however it beautifully ended up in the header as an active link to an about me page. I have no idea how I did that. I want to do it again. If you go to the page you’ll see about me above the header. Please tell me how to do it again with different pages!

    https://wordoutsciences.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

    If you want your Writing tab to link directly to that other site, you can use a Custom Link menu tab for it, rather than a page:
