    it’s been stated that when it comes down to the such a comparison, usually,

    a blag is an overbloated piece of software which dreams about becoming an unter-CMS,

    or instead it’s about a heavily castrated — so that it could be barely run at all (because, well, you know, it’s an overbloated piece of software as well) — CMS which pretends to be a blag.
