  I need to provide someone with a cname so I can get my email working properly. Who do I give this information to?

  Hi there,

  You can add your CNAME records by following the instructions here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/

  I’m not certain who your email provider is, so I sent you to the general instruction page, but you can click on the appropriate link.

  You will add your records here:

  https://touchstonemilwaukee.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Click the Edit DNS tab, and you’ll find the appropriate area to add your email provider’s record(s).

  Give that a go, and let me know how it works for you, and if you have any questions.

  So you are aware, it can take up to 72-hours for changes to your domain’s DNS settings to propagate internet-wide.

  There is already a cname record listed for me with no option to change it in the area you pointed me to. The cname there does not match the cname record that Network Solutions gave me. How do I change the cname on file with WordPress?

  This is not making any sense. Network Solutions told me to give my cname record to a WordPress rep. so they can input the proper path. Apparently, there is no live person that I can ever actually speak to in order to walk me through this process so I have to do this on my own. Here is the problem, there already is a cname record listed in WordPress which does not match the one I got from Network Solutions and there is no option to edit this information. How do I change the information? Is there a customer service # to call.
  I just want my email to work!!
  Please let me know how to get this taken care of.

  Network solutions said the Mx number is fine but the cname record is not. You should find the cname record information they provided me in the screen shot below.

  Can someone please respond and help me with this problem. I am not able to access my email and I am no longer able to view my Website. Please do not send me a link with instructions as they are not helpful to me right now. I need someone to walk me through this.
