  Hi, I am having a problem with my domain name, when I try to link it to my Outlook it says that there is an issue. I have gone back to the company I purchased it from and they said that the domain is owned by WordPress and something to do with the DNS settings. The cname is not added or something. I would be grateful if someone could help

  Hi! I’ve split your comment into a new forum thread. This way the original poster won’t get unwanted notifications, and staff will be able to focus on your account.

  I noticed shailsaum.com is pointed to our servers, but there’s no upgrade associated with the site and there hasn’t been for a few years now. The site was deleted a while ago, but the name servers were never updated.

  You’ll need to point it to your new hosting provider, or get DNS hosting and point to that. Outlook may offer help for that if you don’t want a website. Also, the domain seems to be registered through Google, if that helps.

  If you want to start a site again here with us so we can properly host your DNS for you, we’d be happy to help with that too. Just let us know.
