-
this is the second time i write about the subdomain mapping. I already created the CNAME and it still doesn’t work. PLEASE HELP!

I don’t see any domain mapping subscription on your account.
You need to add the sub-domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

No, you should be able to add the subdomain in Store -> Domains now. Let us know if you get stuck along the way. :)

Ok,
I already created the CNAME in my subdomain blog.jbnorthamerica.com in my 1and1 account and the status finally says “Ready”.
But it still, when I go to the STORE- DOMAIN and ADD a subdomain, requires me to do the CNAME thing because it doesn’t exist.
Could you please help me? I have read every tutorial out there and I’ve gone through every person in 1and1 tech support and they tell me I need help from WordPRess… where can I call someone or chat with someone about this? -
Howdy,
Could you please make sure you have the CNAME record set as follows?
blog.jbnorthamerica.com. IN CNAME jbnorthamerica.wordpress.com.Different DNS editors may require you to format the records differently, so I recommend that you consult your DNS provider’s or registrar’s documentation to verify that the formatting is correct.
Once you’ve done so, you should be able to map the subdomain by visiting Store -> Domains in your WordPress.com blog’s dashboard.
Please enter the following and then press ‘Add Domain to Blog’.

If you’re still receiving this error, could you send us a screenshot so that I can look into this further?
