Cname problem
-
Hi,
Can someone please look at:
https://ijvoices.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=ijv.org.ukI can’t understand why mail.ijv.org.uk won’t go to its apropriate CNAME address. All other subdomains work with no distruption.
Consequently we cannot recieve any emails sent to our subdomain (hosted in Google).
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

correction – emails are delivered, but useres who go to mail.ijv.org.uk fail to reach their domain email at google. I know that we can use other addresses, but I would like to restore mail.ijv.org.uk too.

If you’ve mapped a domain to your WordPress.com blog, you can use Custom DNS records to make your domain compatible with other services not hosted at WordPress.com, such as an email provider. You can also set up your custom email address using Google Apps. For more information, please visit Setting Up Email with Google Apps page.

Yes, I know that. That’s how I set up all the other CNAME settings. The questions is why this one is not working while all the other ones do. (all to Google services)
