CNAME Re-direct

  Hey folks,

  Hopefully an easy questions as I imagine you must get this all the time..

  I have a blog with wordpress. I have a domain and a site hosted elsewhere. I want to add the blog to my existing domain as a sub domain.

  If I add a CNAME record to point subdomain.mysite.com to myblog.wordpress.com, when the redirect happens, will I see -subdomain.mysite.com as the URL or will I see myblog.wordpress.com

  Obviously I want to be able to see subdomain.mysite.com to keep it looking professional.

  If this isn’t the case, could someone point me in the right direction, pretty please!

  Hi,
  You will see subdomain.mysite.com once it’s mapped. Here’s the guide for that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-subdomain/
