CNAME record not working to map a subdomain

  I have added my CNAME record with my registrar, but the subdomain blog.fiver.de is still not pointing to my wordpress blog. I followed instructions on how to point my subdomain to my blog, but it isn’t showing on the URL and I am told on the wordpress page: “The CNAME entry is not pointing to WordPress.com yet, if you recently updated them please check again in a few hours.” I changed the CNAME yesterday.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you let me know the current CNAME record on your domain? It should look like the following:

  blog.fiver.de. IN CNAME fiverlocker.wordpress.com.

  Hey Jeremy,

  That’s exactly what it looks like in my registrar’s dashboard. What else can I do to test this?

  Here’s the tool I used to check for the CNAME record:

  Can you confirm with your registrar that the CNAME record is in place and active?
