CNAME wildcard for www not resolving
-
I am pointing my GoDaddy domain to WordPress name servers for resolution. Everything had been working fine and no changes have been made. Now http://www.elitedataresources.com will not resolve. This is a wildcard CNAME handled by WordPress. Testing other wildcard entries resolves correctly.

Hi there,
There was an extra DNS record for http://www.elitedataresources.com that was causing some problems for that subdomain, so it wasn’t redirecting. I removed that extra record, and now the address http://www.elitedataresources.com is redirecting to http://elitedataresources.com as it should. (It may take some time, possibly up to 72 hours, for you to see that change on your end so that address starts redirecting again properly.)
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thank You. It is working now. Was this an issue with the TXT record that I added for google verification or an internal WordPress issue?

Yep, the issue was that TXT record added for http://www.elitedataresources.com — it was interfering with the CNAME wildcard.
