Cobro cuenta Premium

  Buenos días. Compré la cuenta Premium para mi blog porque pensé que el tema que quería utilizar con este tipo de cuenta ya no habría que pagarlo aparte. Cuando vi que tenía que pagar otros 70 doláres, le di a que me devolviesen el dinero, para volver a la cuentá básica. No hubo problemas, pero ahora tengo retenidos 95€ en mi cuenta de los que quiero hacer uso y no puedo. ¿Cómo se puede solucionar esto? Gracias
