Cobro no autorizado

  Cancelé mi suscripción anual en Junio de 2019 y desde entonces no tengo página ni blog ni nada con ustedes, sin embargo para mi sorpresa el 20 de Septiembre me habéis cobrado 22 euros desde paypal porque tenía el cobro automático puesto. Me gustaría saber el por qué de ese cobro.

  I canceled my annual subscription in June 2019 and since then I have no page or blog or anything with you, however to my surprise on September 20 you have charged me 22 euros from paypal because I had the automatic payment set. I would like to know the reason for that charge.

  There have not been any payments collected from the account that you’ve used to contact us. Please let me know which site you were billed for and we can take a look at the proper account.
