  Hi there,

  Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment gateway that required no payment be made online. Because no payment is made online, you do not need to pay any transaction fees on that transaction, however you will want to be sure to account for any taxes that need to be paid locally since this is not reported for you automatically (as online transactions are.)
