  I changed my address on my card and it requires a 4 digit code, but you never sent me one. Will you?

  Are you referring to updating credit card details? If you are, then see here Change Credit Card Details https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

  If you are not referring changing credit card details then post again and be sure tell us very clearly what exactly what you want to do and which site and username account is involved.
