code disappears when published

  We got code from PayPal, I insert it and the PayPal button displays. Then I go to publish the page, and the paypal button all disappears.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Know that the only instructions that will work for posting a PayPal donation button on a WordPress.com blog are found here http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

  I tried follow those instructions. However, the theme I have doesn’t have “email” as a choice. It has “visual” or “text.” So, I put it in “text” and it is code. I switch to “visual” and I see the Pay Pal button. I then publish, and it disappears.
