Have you tried using Google search and searching for “free background tile images” and/or “free background tiles”?

If you are using a theme that has background image support, which a lot of our themes do, then you can add a background image to be tiled and fixed right from the Appearance → Background page in your blog dashboard.
I checked your http://highrisemind.wordpress.com/ site which is using the Parament theme, and I see that you have this at the top:
body { background:#202228 url('images/diagonal-stripes-010.png');Remove the line that starts with “background:” and it will let your Appearance → Background settings show through.

Glad you figured it out! If you have a chance, it’d be awesome to post the solution you found here too. I checked out http://vizionariproductionz.wordpress.com/ and it looks like this is the CSS you used to make the background repeat and fixed:
body { background:url('YOUR_IMAGE_URL'); background-repeat:repeat; background-attachment:fixed; }where YOUR_IMAGE_URL is your image link starting with http://
