  Is this a custom design CSS editing question? It looks like one to me so I’ll flag this thread and it will be moved to the CSS Forum where either Staff or another Volunteer will answer your questions.

  Note also > When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. Read this for more info:

  I see no drop shadow on the text in your menu. I see a drop shadow on the menu bar, is that what you are talking about?

  Also, what Timethief says about not copying and pasting the entire stylesheet into the CSS edit window is very important. Doing that causes all relative URLs in the style sheet to break meaning all the normal image elements in the site will disappear.
